If you have any questions or enquiries about the LABC East Anglia awards you can contact us at
Friday 30th April 2010
WHAT ARE THE AWARDS?
LABC represents the local authority building control departments who are the principle providers of building control services in England and Wales. The 2010 LABC East Anglia Building Excellence Awards are a celebration of the best projects completed in 2009 in this region for both quality and compliance with building regulations.
The 2010 event will be held on Friday 30th April at Stoke by Nayland Hotel and Golf Club. There will be just four finalists in each of the thirteen categories and Wendy Hurrell of BBC London will be presenting the awards. As a result, there will be 250 plus guests representing all aspects of the construction industry from the East Anglia region.
This is the fourth year that LABC East Anglia have organised this event. Regional winners automatically progress to the National Awards in the autumn. Organisations that do well will be able to publicise their success, and clearly a business that features in these awards is going to be recognised as exhibiting “best practice”. Both the regional and national awards have been predominantly set up to reward the most forward looking people and organisations, and the most innovative construction projects completed during the year.
They are open to all building owners, architects, developers and contractors who use the service of LABC and there is no charge for entering.
With clients increasingly minded to only work with organisations that have a good reputation for quality, the LABC Building Excellence Awards represent an excellent opportunity for organisations to showcase their strengths.
